Terms of Use
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These terms govern the use of lexyesthetique.ca and booking with Lexy Esthétique. By using the site or booking a treatment, you agree to them.
Acceptance
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or the booking tools. Using the site after an update means you accept the version then displayed.
The studio and the services
Lexy Esthétique offers aesthetic treatments in a private studio in Châteauguay, Quebec, by appointment only. Descriptions, durations and prices on the site are indicative and may be adjusted to your needs, subject to confirmation when you book.
Bookings and cancellations
Appointments are confirmed online (through Square), by phone, by text or by email. Please arrive on time. A 24-hour notice is requested to cancel or reschedule, using the confirmation link or by contacting us. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may lead us to ask for prepayment of future bookings, or to decline a new appointment.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be added. Online payment is processed by Square. By paying, you also accept Square's terms.
Treatments, health and results
The treatments offered are aesthetic or wellness services. They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace care from a physician. You must disclose relevant information: allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions and contraindications. We may refuse or adapt a treatment when it is not appropriate. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property and site content
Text, photos, logo and layout on this site belong to Lexy Esthétique or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. We may change content, prices and availability without notice. The site may be temporarily unavailable.
Third-party services
The site may display maps, fonts, a booking widget and, with your consent, advertising tools provided by third parties. Their own terms apply. We are not responsible for outages or practices of those services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Quebec law, Lexy Esthétique is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits a right you cannot waive under consumer protection or civil law. For treatments, our responsibility is assessed against the professional standards that apply to the services provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec. The courts of Quebec have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
